How Do You Remove Cigarette Smoke Smell From Furniture? - removing cigarette smoke smell

I inherited a very nice room. However, the person who gave it is, was a heavy smoker. I wonder what I use to get rid of the smell of smoke? Even if I do not think outside of the parts inside are sealed.

It is an urban legend that Febreze is dangerous for the animals. Use only in the database, not wood. 1998 old news, so dangerous contempt for the animals, the thing together - what is wrong. You can read about it on Snopes, the Urban Legends Reference Page:

The wood absorbs smells, no doubt, that the parties have concluded a good cleaning, cleaning maybe 3 now rise for years to nicotine. Let me start by cleaning with Murphy Oil Soap, addresses are correct on the bottle. It smells good and is an excellent clean timber. Dilute with water and very soft materials.

If everything is upholstered furniture, you may need to be removed professionally steam-cleaned to the smell. The same people who own carpet can go home and clean everything is covered, so you might want to call and ask about it.

Over time, the smell does not disappear, but to keep soap Murphy keep the wood nice and clean. Ion wood floors and furniture. Try Febreze in upsholstery, but keep it out of wood.

Good luck to you.

that sucks! I would say, get some scented oil or put Potpouri bags in drawers. If you do not clean inside of timber with a product such as Murphy Oil Soap and then try to seal my first proposal. Good luck!

Febreze is the only thing I know. could use a carpet Shampooer into things like a mattress, but could be disastrous. when we air out of the elements a bit.

First I would try something like Febreze spray, and if that does not work ... I try to steam.

This worked for me with a bag of pine shavings, as you would use a hamster cage and take the chips in the drawers. If you are sitting so that the wood, the odor absorbing, it is necessary to change. You can also sprinkle dry baking soda in the drawers and empty a few days later. Baking soda to absorb odors. We hope that you find something that works for you.

Use a service cleans, carpets and furniture - have very good products that clean and deodorize furniture - and are usually very fast.

You can also use a product called Odo-Ban. It is non-toxic and kills smells (not seen for some time - Try to) for him to www.dogpile.com search.
